Seriously - is anyone really shocked by news like this? It's not like we all shut off all other elements except our Web access. There are tons of people who don't regularly sit on a computer for 8-14 hours a day (cabbies, hairdressers) whose time outside of work is probably spent doing things other than surfing the 'net. Sheesh.
