I'm giving a pre-conference session at next week's Conference Board Marketing Conference on "Evaluating Agencies (An insider's view on getting the most for your money)" and thought I would do a little bit of an experiment and be true to both my new marketing ethos and also "an insider's view" which is to invite you (my readers) to submit some ideas, pointers, advice to marketers with respect to choosing the right agency and certainly how to maximize their investment in terms of price, value, performance etc.
