My first fatblogging weigh-in and it's been a good week, considering I was on the road Sunday thru Thursday (with a brief pit stop back in Westport) in Orlando and beautiful Montreal.
I lost 3 pounds this week, although I suspect it is a little misleading since I didn't have dinner last night due to a delayed flight. Normally weightwatchers frowns against weekly weight loss over 2 pounds.
One of the biggest changes I've made in my diet is related to the travel. Before I used to check into a hotel at 11pm and THEN order room-service. Likewise, when I got home at 11.30pm, I would heat up pizza or the like.
Not any more. Now, if I arrive at a destination beyond 9pm, that's it. Fruit or water. Period. It's working.

A. It is part support group, part education and part cathartic incentive - WLBC - (weight loss by community)
