With two generous meals on Passover under my belt (literally), I was cringing a little at what weigh day would reveal, but the results were kind to me this week. I've now lost 20 pounds and have between 17-20 pounds to go on my weigh to 184-187 range.
This week's Fatblogging highlight includes an invitation to a Fatblogging event in New York City in May. At this stage, I'm not exactly sure who the organizers are, but I look forward to the "reveal". The only thing I'm certain of at this point is that the food will suck :)
My tip of the week: ENVIGA (I'm addicted) It's a calorie-burning drink from Coca-Cola (I was introduced to it on a business trip to Coke HQ and to remind you, they are a client) which contains a healthy mix of an antioxident called EGCG, caffeine and other stuff. Bottom line - it has no calories and it burns calories.
I recommend the Green Tea flavor. There is also Peach and Berry to choose from.
